For weddings and quinceañeras, 6 to 12 months is ideal. For smaller events like birthday parties, baby showers, and corporate events, 4 to 8 weeks is usually enough. That said, I've pulled off events in as little as two weeks when needed.

I handle everything from concept to cleanup. That includes venue sourcing, catering selection and coordination, menu planning, floral arrangements, table settings (plates, glassware, linens, chargers), decor and decorations, vendor booking and management, timeline creation, day-of coordination, and post-event breakdown. You tell me the vision and I make it happen.

I work with a curated network of trusted vendors: caterers, florists, bakers, rental companies, DJs, photographers, and more. I handle all vendor communication, contracts, and logistics. You get one point of contact (me) instead of juggling ten different people.

Every event is different, so pricing is customized based on guest count, event type, venue, and the level of service you need. I work with budgets ranging from $1,500 for intimate gatherings to $25,000+ for large-scale celebrations. The initial consultation is always free, and I'll provide a detailed proposal after we talk.

Yes, I require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the remaining balance split into two payments leading up to the event. I accept all major payment methods.

Absolutely. If you already have a venue locked in, I'll work within that space to design and execute your event. I'll do a site walkthrough, coordinate with the venue's staff, and handle all the setup and teardown logistics.

I offer day-of coordination packages for clients who've done most of the planning themselves but want a professional to run the show on event day. I also offer consultation-only packages where I help you build a plan and vendor list, and you execute it on your own.

The initial consultation is free and can be done in person, by phone, or over video call. We'll talk about your event type, date, guest count, budget, venue ideas, food preferences, and your overall vision. After that, I'll put together a proposal with a detailed breakdown and pricing.
